1. What is the BioLytics IAQ System?

It is the next generation in LCR (Liquid Chemical Remediation) and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) management technology. It brings true      affordability and advanced mold & mildew stain removing power to the professional restorer.

2. What is LCR (Liquid Chemical Remediation)?

Liquid chemical remediation is the remediation/restoration of stained or contaminated building materials and contents to a clean and serviceable condition utilizing the direct application of liquid cleaning products.

* LCR is not recommended as a stand alone process for Category 3 type events or on structurally compromised materials.

3. What makes BioLytics different?

Our proprietary Ultra C cleaning process is a great leap forward in cleaning power. Recent advances in ultra cleaning chemistry now allows a deeper & stronger level of stain removal than ever before. BioLytics brings Ultra Clean, Ultra Clear results to our industry for the first time.

4. Do I have to pay for training to use BioLytics?

Absolutely Not!You will never be forced to pay for basic technician training! With the high turn over rates typical of most American labor markets, it would be unfair to expect a remediation company to waste resources on a worker who may not remain on the job for more than a few months. We do offer intermediate and advanced training at a reasonable cost. We guarantee this training will be valuable and relevant to your business!

4. Why use a Mold Stain Remover Concentrate?

Most competing mold stain removal products on the market are being sold as RTU (ready to use) & have a very short life span which is radically reduced as soon as the containers are opened, exposing the product to air. The end result is wasted product and less profit per job. Also as the RTU products age, they become less and less potent. This can result in incomplete stain removal and require profit eating re-treatments. MSR-Pro comes as a concentrate with a 3 year shelf life allowing a 'Mix on Demand' approach to stain removal. Not only does this mean less waste resources per project but also that the potency of your product is more consistant.

5. Is MSR-Pro expensive to use?

Absolutely not! You can expect to spend around 20 dollars per gallon for our product, which is much less than the 60.00 plus per gallon you will spend on the nearest competitors’ concentrate.

6. How do I prepare the MSR-Pro Mold Stain Remover?

MSR-Pro is mixed with sodium hypochlorite (bleach) at the rate of 1.5 ounces per quart or 6 ounces to the gallon. Simply use a clean pump sprayer or spray bottle to mix in and carefully add the two components together, shake gently to mix and you are ready to go!

7. What type of surfaces can I apply MSR-Pro to?

MSR-Pro is designed for use on virtually Any type of building material that is structurally sound. Dry wall, painted surfaces, paneling, wood & lumber, concrete & stucco, tile & grout, siding & gutters etc.

8. How does BioLytics deal with the strong VOC odor produced by all Mold Stain Remover Chemicals?

The proprietary formulation of MSR-Pro allows the fasted VOC's odor reducing stain remover available. Field testing has shown as much as a 75% faster odor elimination on a typically sized mold stain removal project!

9. Will BioLytics Air/Con safely remove mold staining on soft contents?

Yes! Air/Con is a water based non-bleaching product designed for direct application by spraying or wiping on virtually any type of fabric or material.

10. How will AIR/CON fogging solution help me pass a post remediation clearance test?

Clearing a property of airborne contaminants is a very important phase in the remediation process. Fogging AIR/CON into the environment helps accumulate the contaminants, allowing for ready removal via HEPA vacuuming, air scrubbing or wet wiping etc.
